The immanent part of the history of alcohol is the production of fruit liqueur which has always been enjoyed in a civilized way, appropriately to the occasion. Relishing the taste of fruit liqueur, not just on frosty or wet days, used to be accompanied by a certain ritual resulting in an instant mood boost among the tasters.
The tasting was not limited to the appraisal of the drink’s flavour but included the assessment of its aroma, bouquet and even colour. Unfortunately, the art of fruit liqueur making has been forgotten and its exquisite taste lives only in the darkest recesses of human memory and in old volumes.
Reverting to old Polish recipes has allowed us to give our fruit liqueurs a unique original taste. We would, therefore, like to invite you to continue the old Polish tradition of dining in good company and chatting over a glass of medicinal fruit liqueur.
